Another Year

Tomorrow I celebrate another year on this earth. It seems we all reflect on the years before. I know I do.

But I know too that you have to look forward, even though you don't know what tomorrow will bring.

I will be going out to dinner with my friend Nancy, to a restaurant The Melting Pot, a fondue restaurant. It will be our first time there, hope its good.

Till next time.

Update : Daisy is doing much better now. The spot on her back is starting to heal. She is still sensitive in that area, but no pain that I can tell. She's active and that tell me she doing better.

Happy Birthday to you! I hope you have a great day! I didn't know there was a Melting Pot in California. My son and daughter-in-law went to one recently in Florida. Enjoy your visit there!

Hi Glenda!

This visit is WAY past due!! I haven't been visiting much lately due to not much blogging time. Please forgive me sweet Glenda.

I was so excited when I saw your comment on my blog! HAPPY BIRTHDAY Glenda!! I hope you you have a WONDERFUL day!

I'm so glad to hear your little Daisy is better. It's so heart wrenching when they're sick or hurt. They can't talk to us and tell us their woes after hearing all of ours... yes, I know you talk to them... I do!

You did a great post on Labor Day. I didn't know all the history of it. I learned something today.
I have a new job and my brain is on overload these days. It's hard to cram knowledge in a 60yr old brain me thinks!

Big BIRTHDAY HUGS, Sherry

Happy Birthday Glenda!!! I hope you are having a great day! It is nice to reflect on years past - that's how we got to this point. And celebrating a birthday is much better than the alternative!

I'm glad your little cutie, Daisy, is coming along. Our little pooches are such an important part of our lives. That must've been so difficult for you.

I love The Melting Pot! I bet you enjoyed it too! It's a wonderful concept!

So, off to another year in the life of Glenda - another year to add "many fond memories"!!

Ya have ta look at birthdays like the more you have the longer you live and besides, your body is 53 but you are eternally ageless. I was at my local thrift store on wednesday and they come over the speaker to inform us that all seniors are eligible for a 30% discount and the said anyone 55 or older qualifies as a senior!!!...if that's the case then I'm getting on SS.

Happy Birthday Glenda!!
Hope you will share that beautiful cake.
Sorry to hear about Daisy, I'm glad she's feeling better...they are quite a worry sometimes (even worse than children, at least children can tell you what's wrong).
Hugs,
Sandi

Happy Birthday! That resturant sounds interesting. Hope your little Daisy is better. They are so helpless. We just had our dog Hank put to sleep in March. I still suffer his death. If you want you can take a peek at my blog. Im not a writersmith. Sally
