Where The Heck Is Fall ?

Fall officially came a few days ago, but you couldn't prove it to me. We are still having hot weather in the 80's and 90's. I love fall weather and can hardly wait for the cooler weather to start.

Oh, don't get me wrong I don't want to freeze. I still enjoy sitting outside at restaurants and enjoying the milder nights while eating, but I want fall.

It is 82 here right now and I think suppose to be in the 80's all week, but the night temps are suppose to start falling in the 60's and high 50's a couple of nights this week. Around here it changes so fast. We have actually had sunshine today - did not think the rain was ever going to stop.
Hope you are having a great weekend.

I'm with you on this one! I went for a walking tour in the historical part of our city today. It was a 2 1/2 hour walk and I thought I was going to die out there. I was sweating like a pig. Although that's most likely a good thing for my weight loss. I hope it is.

I had to laugh at you getting in trouble at WalMart for opening up the lipstick. I wish I was there. I would have laughed so hard. It's always funny when we get caught doing something we shouldn't be doing.

Hugs,
Joanne

I'm a fall baby and I love the cold weather and all the comfort drinks and foods...hot cocoa and homemade soups. My little electric fireplace and woolen blanket on top of flannel sheets. We didn't get much snow last year for much of a winter but maybe we'll get lucky this year. And my Callie won't be here to cuddle under the covers with and I'll miss that the most. I have lots of wonderful memories and a boat load of seasonal pics of her so it will be sad at times.

It's hot here too. We still have a ways to go. Hopefully by November Fall will hit south Florida - if we're lucky!!

It's cooling off here in Ohio and we're just starting to see some hints of colors in the trees. I love the fall leaves when they are in full color here. It's spectacular for a couple of weeks! I think everyone is ready for fall here.

Have a great week, Hugs, Sherry

Hold on for a few more days Glenda. I see a 79 for us in the forecast for Wednesday!

After reading this post I checkd your profile and realized you're in CA. I had missed that! You get to move up a blog list to hang out with the rest of the CA ladies!
Hugs,

Hi Glenda :)

I remember those days. I think Christmas was the worst though, because for some reason it always ended up being hotter than normal, which was normal LOL

I hope Fall comes to all of you soon!

I know what you mean.Down here in southern Miss,it can be 80 degrees one day ,in the thirties the next, then the next day back up to 80.I think that is why so many of us keep colds...I hope you get your fall.XXOO Marie Antionette

We have still got warm weather as well, around 70F. However, the mornings and evenings are rather cold already.
