Hi Glenda! Love your plate with the saying, such a sweet verse on it! And I love the new plate you found, I've not seen very many plate EVER with the gray edge, very chic looking. I did some catching up on your posts, I was kind of MIA for a bit, and I LOVE your blog! Please let me add to the comments that I hope you don't go anywhere!! I love you treasure finds and what you do with them and your decorating, I'm all about budget decorating as most of us are, and you do such a great job with that. You were one of the first people on my blog roll because I just loved you and your ideas. Please don't go anywhere, I feel I would be losing a good friend!! Big Blog Hugs, Sherry
Hi Glenda, I love your plate too and the saying is wonderful - something to definitely remember each day!
It's a good thing you're going to keep posting away. I've been away for a bit too. Think we all go through stages in this blog world and sometimes life just gets busy and we have other priorities that take over for a bit.
I love your Marie Antoinette picture on your sidebar here. Is it from your personal collection? Well, drop me a line if you get a chance. I won't be posting again until next week. Have a wonderful day! Au Revoir~Tracie
I love both of your rose plates. I always just write about something that moves me and is important. If others join in on the fun then it is just a sweet bonus. I think you are quite talented.
Hi Glenda, You found a grey plate to go with your new grey decor:) I also like the way you display them. I'll have to remember that. It's nice to see the encouraging comments..see how much you are loved:) Is it grey or gray?? Warmly, Deb
The plates are beautiful. I have some pretty plates sitting in a stack under my linen press. I need to figure out a nice way to display them. They are not doing my any good down there. :-) Oh, in reqards to Garage Sale Gal's comment. Gray and grey are both correct. I checked in the dictionary which I keep handy by the computer. Also thanks for visiting my blog again. :-)
I love your plates - new and old. The saying is great!
Isn't it nice to see all the people that care about you?! You are not alone in this. You have friends here and you would be missed. How can you share your heart and then just disappear? You would miss us too!

I have been a fan of the Romantic way of decorating for years. I lean towards English Cottage Chic, with French Chic thrown in. Shabby Chic was my first encounter with a style I liked.
I enjoy antiquing, and thrift shopping.

Isn't it nice when you find a treasure like this at a thrift shop, it is really pretty.
