Out with the Old and In with the New

The Old
The New.

I decided my kitchen needed a new faucet. The old one just wasn't making me happy. I finally saw one on Overstock.com. It was a lot less expensive then the ones I had seen in the stores, so I decided to get this one. I needed a plumber to install it that was the down side. But I love that it is higher and makes it easy to get tall pots underneath it. It moves out of the way better so it leaves the sink open to do other things. All I needed to do other than, that was to put the caps on the open holes were the other faucet was and there you have it. I like it !

Glenda, I love your new faucet, I get so excited over changes like this! It makes a HUGE difference in kitchens to have good functioning things to work with, I have a big faucet too...it is great for the big pots you mentioned!
Hope you have a great weekend, have fun doing your dishes,;)

Hi Glenda, Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving some support! My squirrels are currently over my head running and playing in the attic instead of going outside on such a beautiful day. They woke me at dawn with their antics and I really really want them gone. I don't know how far you read in my boring blog (all is has been about lately is squirrels) but I tried every remedy I could find prior to calling the Critter Control people. They actually play with the moth balls and don't seem to mind the little bags of cat fur; I think they thought the 'sonar sound makers' were put up there for their listening enjoyment! I had a hav-a-heart trap set with a peanut butter sandwich for months-they used it as room deodorizer. The CC people are suppose to be here Monday or Tuesday-if they don't show by Wednesday morning I'm calling someone else.
Your blog is so interesting! I seem to have a one track mind lately. Your babies are adorable and your new roses beautiful! (I have a rotten thumb and cannot grow anything other than weeds)
Have a great time with your new faucet!
Smiles,
Liv

Glenda, great faucet! Looks good and is practical too, a win-win situation...I know what you mean about the plumber, sometimes their services cost more than the item you are installing!

Oh WOW! I love the faucet. My MIL has one similar, and I think it's the neatest thing. It can really get things good being a hand held :-).
