I have an affinity to birds. I love watching them come to feed and gather things for their nest building. They come alone or in groups to feed and gather in the trees behind my yard. The sweet sounds they make are welcoming. They get into arguments and you can tell one of them is head honcho of the bunch. There are all types I don't know the name of many but I love watching them.
Do you use your fence to display things ? well I do. I find those metal signs in thrift shops and love to put them on the fence like art.
See my nice thing for planting on the fence that white thing ? I going to try and plant those flowers and ivy in it. I found it at Marshall's and thought it would be ideal.
I am off to transport some doggies today for an organization that takes them out of shelters and matches them up with loving families. I have two today so my friend Nancy will join me for the journey.
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend !

Glenda,
How wonderful you are helping to save some dogs! Thank you so much for doing that. I wish everyone would take a part in saving a life for animals.
I love your fence. Did you see my post about the window boxes going on a fence. Looks like you have already done that! Gee, great minds think alike! LOL
Have a great day!
Hugs,
Joanne
What a nice thing to do for dogs. I love your fence, it looks so nice, no I don't have a fence, but if I did I would take the tip from you to put different things on it. Hope you have a nice weekend.
I have one side of fence that is wood, and at the time, it has hooks for hanging flower pots, baskets and/or lanterns, and a couple of trellis leaning against the fence(need to do something about that). I had everthing all "Springyfied" looking, now they say it will get in the 30's tonight, so will move everthing up close to door and cover tonight. :-(

Forgot to add - Thanks for helping the animals. :-)

Kudos to your animal rescue work, Glenda!
Hi Glenda!
I love all your bird things! And the white planter is adorable, I think it looks so cute with the pink geraniums in it.
And you are involved in a wonderful program to save animals! You are one of the angels to God's creatures!! Thank you for what you do Glenda!
Hugs, Sherry
PS I also LOVE silver trophies! I don't have any but I keep looking. I could never afford to pay what the "big boys" pay so I keep checking all my favorite shopping spots!
Hi Glenda :)
It sounds like you're having a lot of fun out in the garden. It's not time for that yet here, but it's wonderful to see what I have to look forward to :)
Good luck finding homes for the furry babies!

Hi Glenda,
Thank you for your comment on the post about my Friend:) It was what I needed to hear!!
I would also hang things on the fence...why not!!! Looks good and I love birds too. The nieghtbor feeds them and I benefit by having them in my backyard trees.
Still too cold here to do anything and they say it may snow/rain tomorrow :( ICK !!! Had ENOUGH!!
Thanks for your friendship.
Warmly,
Deb
Dog lovers are great people:)
Pretty fence art! I think that is so neat how you are helping animals! When I first visited your blog and I saw that you had the animal rescue sites logo I was like YAY. This lady has a great blog and she uses the animal rescue site's donation I have to follow her blog she is so cool! lol
All the best,
Allison
What a nice thing to do for dogs.
Thanks for sharing.......
Glenda - you are such a good person. You always leave people the nicest, warmest, most sincere comments and you are truly wonderful to give of your time to help pooches.
Your fence looks great! I have a fence also, but mine is not as attractive as yours. Since my house is full and really in need of nothing, now I shall buy to decorate my fence. What a great idea!! Thank you!!
I can't seem to stay caught up with everyone. Follow too many blogs I guess. But I love them all. Wanted to say that I love the idea of displaying things on a fence. If I had a fence I would too. :-)
