Per Your Request

So, here it is the chalkboard. I purchased this frame at the Alameda, Antiques by the Bay a few months back. It was hard finding a board that I could use for the chalkboard, but found one at Michael's, it came in a poster frame. Sprayed it with the chalkboard paint and there you have it.

So here it is, finished. I have been so busy lately I haven't had time to put it on the wall. Next project.

There is always something to do, I like being busy, but need a break somedays.

Summer is here, and it's getting warmer.

Love it! Can't wait to see which wall you put it on.

I bought a very small frame & was thinking of doing the same thing. Just need to buy the chalkboard paint.

Toodles.

I have an old frame that I attacked with some old rusty chicken wire and a staple gun..I love rust!....It hangs on the wall and with some of Maxine's old wooden clothes pins it aids in holding up stuff that I haven't decided to file yet to a permanent location. During my crafts fairs it tags along to hold and display my handmade earrings and necklaces. I painted it flamingo pink, but I keep meaning to slap a coat of turquoise paint on it.

Love it! I want to make a chalk board, but have not figured out where to put one. Very hot here! I have some painting projects to do, but it is just to hot to do them right now. Out and about today and was wilted by the time I got home.
